Patience is something- I would even consider it a skill – I believe, many people need to learn again; when searching for something, when giving a chance to someone and something, and when getting an opportunity to do your thing. The way people, services and things are sometimes instantly being judged is often the opposite of how those same people and their skills would like to be treated by others.
